Bootcamp
Every session is different from Intense Pad rounds, multiple variations of circuit training, special core workshops or resistant training, the classes are suitable for all levels.
All over body toning/ strengthening and great sessions for weight loss.
The key part in my sessions is that the ladies have fun throughout the sessions.
I have the kindest group of ladies who support each other and any new member. We are a little family of ladies who are out to get fit and have fun the same time.
We have 9 different classes you can choose from to fit your schedule.
Please make sure you book your free trial session so we can prepare and welcome you the best way we can.

We work hard but we play harder! We don't just workout. I can promise you, you will have a lot of fun too!

Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist
Currently studying and training to become a level 5 Sport and rehabilitation therapist.
Looking forward to support others overcome injuries and rehabilitate back to training regimes.
Hopefully will be qualified in 2025.
