Bootcamp Sessions
Women only bootcamp sessions based in combat sport. We use combat techniques from sports like Western Boxing and Muay Thai mixed with HIIT exercises to push your limits and find your new you! All ladies and all ages are welcome. Come to lose weight, tone up or simply stay in shape. We believe whatever your goal is, we will help you find new limits to your fitness.

ABout Me
My first time throwing a punch was at the age of 12. Fast forward 20 years and I am now K1 World Champion, 2017's Upcoming Female Fighter of the Year and 2018's Martial Arts Women of the Year by warriors assembly British Awards. I absolutely love what I do and I want to share it with as many people as I can. I want to help women fall in love with sports, dig deeper and break the limits of their fitness level.
